Introduction
Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer", "User") and Inkrootz Hub LLP ("Company", "we", "our", "us"), governing your use of our website and any purchase of products from us. By accessing or using our platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
User Accounts
Registration
To place an order you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You must be at least 18 years old to register. Providing false information may result in immediate termination of your account.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at inkrootzhub@gmail.com if you suspect any unauthorised access.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion, without prior notice.
Products & Orders
Product Descriptions
We make every effort to display product colours, sizes, and descriptions accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display renders colours exactly as they appear in person. Minor variations do not constitute a defect.
Pricing
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price at the time you place your order.
Order Confirmation
An order is confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to cancel any order if the product is out of stock, if we detect pricing errors, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. In such cases, a full refund will be initiated through the original payment gateway.
Availability
Product availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed. We shall not be liable if a product becomes unavailable after order placement. We will notify you and offer an alternative or a full refund.
Payment
Accepted Methods
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), net banking, wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available. All online payments are processed entirely through our third-party payment gateway partners.
Payment Processing & Security
Inkrootz Hub LLP does not collect, process, or store any payment information on its servers. All payment transactions are handled exclusively by our PCI-DSS certified payment gateway partners. When you complete a payment, you are transacting directly with the gateway. We have no access to your card number, CVV, net banking credentials, UPI PIN, or any other payment instrument details.
Failed Transactions
If your payment is deducted but the order is not confirmed, the amount will be automatically reversed to your source account by the payment gateway within 5–7 business days. If you do not receive the refund within this period, please contact your bank and write to us at ${contactEmail}.
GST & Taxes
All applicable taxes including GST are included in the displayed price. A GST invoice will be provided with every order. If you require a business invoice with GSTIN, please provide your details at checkout.
Shipping Policy
Third-Party Logistics
Shipping and delivery of all orders is carried out by independent third-party logistics and courier partners. Inkrootz Hub LLP does not operate its own delivery fleet. By placing an order, you acknowledge that delivery is subject to the terms, operational capacity, and timelines of our logistics partners.
Delivery Areas
We currently ship across India. Delivery to certain remote pin codes, J&K, and North-Eastern states may take additional time or may not be serviceable by all logistics partners. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Processing Time
Orders are processed and handed over to our logistics partner within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number once dispatched.
Estimated Delivery
Standard delivery takes 4–7 business days from dispatch. Express delivery (where available) takes 2–3 business days. These timelines are estimates provided by our logistics partners and may be affected by delays, weather conditions, or force majeure events beyond our control.
Shipping Charges
Shipping is free on all orders above ₹999. A flat shipping fee of ₹79 applies to orders below this threshold. Expedited shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.
Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, a tracking link from our logistics partner will be sent to your registered email and phone number. You can also view tracking details under "My Orders" in your account.
Delivery Attempts
Our logistics partner will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If all attempts fail, the order will be returned to us and a refund will be processed (excluding original shipping charges, if any). COD orders returned due to non-delivery will not be refunded for COD handling fees.
Damaged in Transit
If you receive a damaged or tampered package, please refuse delivery and notify us within 24 hours with photographs at inkrootzhub@gmail.com. We will coordinate with our logistics partner and arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
Return & Refund Policy
Return Window
You may initiate a return within 15 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene and safety reasons: innerwear, lingerie, swimwear, socks, products marked "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable", and items that have been altered, washed, or damaged after delivery.
How to Initiate a Return
Log in to your account, go to "My Orders", select the item, and click "Return or Exchange". Fill in the reason and upload photographs if the item is defective. Our team will review and approve eligible returns within 2 business days.
Return Pickup
Once your return is approved, our third-party logistics partner will schedule a pickup from your delivery address within 2–4 business days. Please ensure the item is securely packed and ready for collection.
Quality Check
All returned items undergo a quality check at our warehouse. If the item fails the quality check (signs of use, damage, missing tags), the return will be rejected and the item will be sent back to you at your cost.
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item passes our quality check. For prepaid orders, refunds are initiated through the original payment gateway back to your source account. For COD orders, refunds are issued as store credit or via bank transfer to your registered account.
Partial Returns
You may return individual items from a multi-item order. Refunds will be calculated proportionally. If a partial return causes the order total to fall below the free shipping threshold, the original shipping charges may be deducted from the refund.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your requested size or variant is unavailable, a refund will be issued automatically. Exchanges are processed within 7–10 business days.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before dispatch (whichever is earlier). Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible — please initiate a return after delivery. Refunds for cancelled prepaid orders are processed through the original payment gateway within 5–7 business days.
Intellectual Property
Ownership
All content on our platform — including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, product photographs, brand names, and software — is the exclusive property of Inkrootz Hub LLP or its content suppliers and is protected under Indian and international intellectual property laws.
Restricted Use
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from our platform without our prior written consent.
Prohibited Activities
Restrictions
You agree not to: (a) use the platform for any unlawful purpose; (b) engage in automated data scraping, crawling, or data mining; (c) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems; (d) submit fake reviews or ratings; (e) impersonate any person or entity; (f) transmit any malicious code, virus, or harmful content; or (g) engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the proper functioning of the platform.
Limitation of Liability
Disclaimer of Warranties
The platform and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Inkrootz Hub LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, any products purchased, or delays and failures caused by third-party logistics or payment gateway partners.
Maximum Liability
In any event, Inkrootz Hub LLP's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law & Disputes
Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Consumer Protection Act 2019, the Information Technology Act 2000, and the Sale of Goods Act 1930, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in ${address}.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act 2019 or any other applicable Indian consumer protection legislation.
Grievance Officer
